What YOU can do to help: Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
Clerical Assistance: assisting with various clerical tasks
Courtesy Parking Lot Tram Service: transporting visitors to hospital entrances;
driving a golf cart to pick up visitors from the parking lots
Information Desks and Waiting Rooms: assisting and greeting visitors to the
hospital
Patient Transportation: running errands; collecting wheelchairs and equipment from
patients leaving the hospital; discharging patients
To volunteer at North Florida Regional Medical Center, you must be at least 14 years old.
Please read the Volunteer Letter first and it will tell you what steps you have to follow to complete the
application process. Then read the Volunteer Guidebook and fill out the Guidebook Acknowledgement Form,
Disclosure and Release Form, and Volunteer Application. Once you have filled out the paperwork, mail it

**Note: There is a summer teen program for teens who are 14 and older. Contact the
Volunteer Office for more information.
Once the Volunteer Office has received your paperwork, they will contact you to set up an
