The UF Performing Arts needs volunteer ushers for events at the Phillips Center for Performing Arts and the University Auditorium.

What YOU can do to help: Volunteers are needed as ushers at the Phillips Center and the University Auditorium.  Ushers take tickets, assist special needs patrons, advise patrons of seating arrangements and policies, and prepare the houses for the next events.  Ushers should be dedicated to providing the best and most friendly customer service possible.  (Note: Volunteer ushers earn points for each event they work at.  When you accumulate 15 points, you get a free voucher ticket for a show.) 

To become a volunteer, fill out the Volunteer Enrollment Application.  New volunteers must attend training sessions (usually held on specific Saturday mornings).  Contact the Volunteer Coordinator for more information.
